Who is the blogger?

I’m a a blogger who firmly believes in the separation of church and state. I can tolerate those who choose to believe in a god or gods, and as long as those beliefs are kept out of the schools and government I can commit to living peacefully in mutual tolerance. I will not, however, tolerate those who use their faith to harm or control others, and I will not respect those who reject evolution or any other science that conflicts with their belief system. My hope is for a world where people will question indoctrination and be skeptical of those who seek to control by using faith and fear. Knowledge is the answer, and I encourage all to learn, read and discover the answers themselves. Those who do not question what they blindly believe will be ridiculed on this blog. And it will be fun. This is a humor blog, aimed at fellow heathens.
That said, I’m also a sweet dainty lass who enjoys a nonreligious life in Southeastern Pennsylvania. I live with the devastatingly handsome Englishman, and together we share a home with an overweight yellow lab who has a criminal record, and a little black cat named after a famous burlesque stripper. I’m interested in nature, kite flying, astronomy, gay rights, biology, road trips, evolution, history, hiking, wine, humanity, Indian food, skepticism, urban farming, reading, Sims 3, podcasts and sleeping late.
